We are a boutique jewelry workshop. All our items are meticulously carved and handmade by our craftsmen on a made to order basis. If time is of the essence, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately, we have a no return/exchange policy. We are a small jewelry business, thus do not hold inventory. All pieces are made to order, and we have made them to suit your size.
However, we understand buying fine jewelry online can be daunting, and we want our clients to be 100% satisfied with their pieces. If you have any questions, please reach out to us before making a purchase, so that we can help you along your journey.
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes, we specialize in bespoke pieces and we love to have a more personal relationship with our customers. Be it a unique size or a specially sourced material, we are here to help you realize your design ideas. Anything is possible!
DUTIES & TAXES
Prices displayed on our website for both domestic and international orders exclude taxes. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. Please be aware that import taxes and duties may apply based on the shipping location and destination. Customers are also responsible for any local taxes incurred, and LXK is not liable for reporting or paying these taxes to the origin country. All items are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning import taxes and duties will not be covered by LXK. Instead, the shipping carrier will issue an invoice upon delivery of the merchandise.
PACKAGE INSURANCE
LXK is committed to delivering your items in pristine condition, complete with branded packaging. While we rely on trusted partners for efficient delivery, we cannot personally deliver each order. To ensure your order is protected against theft and accidental damage during transit, we recommend purchasing package insurance. Please note that once the package is delivered, LXK is no longer responsible for your purchase.
